Just wanted to post a quick update. Olivia has had a good couple of weeks overall, with only a few mishaps. She had a lot of pain after spending time riding her scooter, which must not have made much of an impression, because she keeps wanting to do it. I have to tell her constantly "Find something to do without wheels, hun." Also, we had one instance last week where she woke up in the night with searing knee pain, but an icy-hot patch and some tylenol seemed to help that. Other than that, she has been playing outside, having a great time with her friends! We gotta keep that sunscreen on! Last night Dan and I picked her up some SPF 50 clothing, hopefully that will help in the battle against her JDM.
Olivia plans on asking Dr. Birmingham on Tuesday for a "prescription for water therapy..." Her physical therapist is going to a new facility to do water therapy and Olivia just can hardly stand that she isn't going to see her. :( Thursday was Paddy's last appt. with Olivia and she gave her the cutest little pink Zhu Zhu hamster. We love you dearly Paddy, and we wish you the best in your new job!
